With this style of ordering you have the peace of mind that regular deliveries of inks will ensure considerable cost advantages coupled with other just in time efficiencies.

This ordering system can be run on one purchase order number for the year or a new one for each delivery if your internal processes demand it. Running the system on one purchase order number reduces the costs associated with raising unique numbers for numerous orders.

With this style of ordering system you have;

• The peace of mind that regular deliveries of inks will eliminate the possibility of running out of stock.
• The flexibility to change your monthly schedule order to suit your current production requirements. This can be done with a simple call to Alpha Dot, we will amend the pre-set monthly order to comply with your request (Your call must be made at least four days prior notice prior to despatch of order).
• Elimination of the need to hold large quantities of stock at your site.
• Simplification of the ordering system; let us do the work for you.

Alpha Dot offer four options which are based on a schedule based delivery system. These are:-

1. Monthly Scheduled deliveries – 12 deliveries per year.
2. Bi-Monthly scheduled deliveries – 6 deliveries per year.
3. Quarterly scheduled deliveries – 4 deliveries per year.
4. Six monthly scheduled deliveries – 2 deliveries per year.
