Our preventive maintenance program will reduce costly interruptions in production, assure peak performance of your equipment, increase machine longevity, and ultimately protect your investment.

• Highly trained service engineer.
• On-site service.
• A thorough in-depth inspection of each machine.
• Changing filters on each unit.
• Replacing any worn out parts.
• Print quality tests.
• Flushing through each system.
• All replacement spare parts are charged at 15% off list price as a part of the benefits of the service contract.

IOSH-SPA Passport Certified
All Alpha Dot service engineers have IOSH-SPA passports. (This is a two day, ten module course covering food hygiene and health and safety).
